Seeking services from a district office

The Office of Field Operations is primarily responsible for the direct execution of the Agency’s products and services for America’s small businesses, representing the critical link between the small businesses and the SBA policy makers. These offices constantly interact with individuals seeking services. A survey is sent to people who have received assistance from an SBA District office.
