The WHLDP Alumni Association is an independent group of former WHLDP Fellows who believe in the power of federal leaders to improve government and enhance the lives of Americans by working collaboratively across agencies.

We aim to cultivate a dynamic community of influential changemakers through robust collaboration, continuous learning, and shared insights. Together, we are committed to driving positive impact across the Federal Government and beyond.

Who We Support

• The Alumni

  We provide opportunities for continued professional growth and networking, fostering social and professional interactions among alumni, stakeholders, and leaders working across the government.

• The Program

  We support the WHLDP Director by participating in candidate screening for future cohorts and raising awareness of the program through targeted outreach and communication.

• Current Fellows

  Alumni collaborate with current fellows by providing mentorship and facilitating connections with others who share similar areas of expertise or leadership aspirations, broadening their professional network and supporting their growth within the executive branch.

The Alumni Network

The WHLDP Alumni Association sponsors social and professional development events throughout the year, fostering connections among over 150 professionals from across the Federal Government and the private sector. These alumni are leaders in their respective agencies or organizations, working collaboratively to improve government services and enhance the lives of the American people.
