Bryan Swann

U.S. Department of the Treasury

Bryan is a public servant, and public speaker/entrepreneur originally from Maryland. He has led, trained, and coached hundreds of public servants, business owners & executives in business, personal development, and leadership among other things. While in college, Bryan served in the United States Marine Corps where, after a tour in Iraqi, he received several medals and awards for outstanding service. He also severed as a Senior Vice President for 5linx Inc, a technology/wellness marketing company.

Bryan currently serves as Deputy Director for Department of Treasury where he leads budget formulation and budget execution for the headquarters of the department. During his career with Treasury, Bryan has held several other key leadership positions, such as program manager for several presidential programs at the White House Military Office as well as leadership roles at Department of Defense, Home Depot, and ING Investments.

Bryan has served on a number of boards in both the public and private sectors, where he has provided valuable insights on creating high performing team. He continues his community work by facilitating achievement and success seminars to various organizations. In his free time, he enjoys mentoring others, fitness, playing golf, and traveling.

Bryan has a BA and MBA from Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland and is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute-Leadership for Democratic Society.
