Darbi S. Dillon is currently serving as a Fellow in the White House Leadership Development Program. The WHLD Program is a one-year program designed to develop the skillsets and networks that enterprise leaders need to deliver results on mission-critical priorities. She is supporting the Office of Management and Budget, Office of Federal Procurement Policy, in execution of the President’s Cross-Agency Priority Goal to institutionalize Category Management. Previously she was the Deputy Director for the Contracting Operations Division in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Contracting); assisting the Deputy Assistant Secretary in carrying out responsibilities for all aspects of contracting related to the acquisition of weapon systems and logistics support for the Air Force.
