Houman Rasouli

Houman Rasouli is a results-driven executive with more than 25 years of leading private and public organizations to build agile, high functioning, and trusting environments, where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential. He is a dedicated public servant with expertise in using technology solutions to improve everyday challenges. He is currently with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), serving as a Director in the Office of Administration, overseeing the financial, IT, human resources, and management directives programs.

Prior to that, he served as the NRC’s Deputy Performance Improvement Officer and Deputy Assistant for Operations, where he oversaw the agency’s enterprise risk and performance management activities. Mr. Rasouli also served as the Chief for the Information Management and Investment and Program Management Branches, overseeing the agency’s records, Web, collaboration, document management, IT governance, and investment efforts. Before joining the Federal Government, Mr. Rasouli held positions in the private sector overseeing the design and rollout of mobile and satellite communication solutions throughout the United States.

During his WHLDP service, Mr. Rasouli will be directing the initiatives for the GEAR (Government Effectiveness Advance Research) Center. Mr. Rasouli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and statistics and a Master of Business Administration degree. Mr. Rasouli is a recipient of the 2019 Meritorious Service Award.
