PMA Webinar Recording: 'Leading with Pilot Insights to Improve Having a Child in America' Now Available

On December 15, the Performance.gov team hosted a webinar featuring the “Birth of a child” Life Experience team. Moderated by Amira Boland, Federal Customer Experience Lead at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the event focused on status updates on the three pilot projects, including a preview of pilot assessment results across the portfolio and how these projects will continue in 2024, teeing up opportunities for collaboration partners to engage in pilot activities.
