Real Property Scorecard

The Federal Real Property Council, in an effort to provide a consolidated location for internal and external stakeholders an assessment of agency performance against a series of statutory, regulatory, and other policy requirements, has developed a real property management scorecard. The scorecard is organized in a series of categories including responsibilities, FRPP data quality, FRPP data submission, capital planning, and real property metrics.

This scorecard framework provides the authoritative source for each component of the scorecard, as well as the indication to which agencies the component applies, when the assessment is determined throughout the year, the basis for the assessment, and the criteria for the assessment. The scorecard will be implemented in coordination with the agencies. Each agency will have the opportunity to review and comment on its scorecard before it is finalized.
