PMA CX Webinar Recording ‘Improving the Recovery Experience for Disaster Survivors' Now Available

On March 28, the Performance.gov team hosted a webinar featuring the “Recovering from a Disaster” Life Experience team. Loren DeJonge Schulman, Associate Director for Performance and Personnel Management at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), provided introductory remarks. The team then shared progress across three pilot projects, previewed where the projects are headed in 2024, and highlighted opportunities for collaboration partners to stay engaged.   • Calculating a more holistic burden estimate
